Workshops

Workshops are not the same as regular meetings. They require separate skills to prepare and run. We will review:

• The basic types of workshops and charrettes

• Developing tools to get these going quickly and effectively

• Ensuring all voices are heard

• Gathering the feedback into a concise report

• Confirming with the client and/or team what results should be incorporated into the project
