About the Session

As Project Manager you are responsible for knowing and executing the client contract. You are also responsible for enforcing contracts with your consultants. We will review:

  • The contract negotiation process

  • Working with principals and your legal team on contract negotiation

  • Closing scope gaps

  • Avoiding bad contract terms

  • The basics of developing and negotiating for a good fee

  • Watching for scope creep and asking for additional services

You will walk away with a basic understanding of the process, armed with the knowledge to help earn your firm more money and shield it from violating contract terms.
